SIMPLE AND SPARKLING:
Cumin - the Golden brown magical spice!!
The earthy, nutty, spicy and warm flavour of cumin adds upto almost all delicious curries, daal preparations and food cuisines.
Cumin promotes digestion by release of digestive juices and enzymes
A great source of iron, it contains antioxidants which stabilise free radicals in our body.
It contains many beneficial plant compounds like terpenes, flavinoids, alkaloids, etc.
It may help in improvements regarding diabetic signs and symptoms and also lowers blood cholesterol
Regular use of cumin water reduces fat and promotes weight loss.
It has elements which helps to fight inflammation
it is best to be consumed in cooking during meals or as cumin water. Do not consume it as supplement as very high doses may produce other problems.
Off the Cuff Talks:
Wardrobe Organisation
This time, I will be giving some great tips to organise wardrobe and improve home decor
First declutter- you have to remove and dispose the unused clothes and things
Organise in a seasonal manner- not all clothes are worn in every season. pack and keep those aside which are not required at present.
Labelling your baskets, boxes and drawers can make finding clothes and articles quick and easy.
Improve the decor by adding lights in wardrobe. you can use matching hangers for one type of clothings. adding lights and colours can make things feasible and beautiful
Adding floating shelves and using over the door storage provide extra storage space and are visually appealing too
Shoes should be kept separately. Don’t keep them along with clothes else it will increase dirt and foul smell
