    CHAPTER 1

    THE TINSOP TOWN

Once upon a time, there was a beautiful town of Tinsop. The town lay in proximity to the River Dixi. Town was a dream residence of the artists and all the newbie artists used to come and find and build their abodes in Tinsop. Tinsop Artsy weather is worth a mention. It is the apt weather to bloom and nurture. Once visiting Tinsop, nobody could even think of anywhere else.

The homes were uniformly built all throughout the town, there was no place of dirt or waste.

All the waste and dirt etc was properly disposed of and recycled.

The town earned a good fame and reputation owing to the renowned artistic men living there. People of all interests like painting, photography, architecture, theatre, performance art, dancing, video and film art, computer and digital art, calligraphy, abstract expression, etc. stayed there and adorned the town in their best special manners.

All the painters of the town had painted their glory covering the town all over. Zig zag, crosswords, parallels, dissections, triangles, circles, squares, chequerboards, and what else can you imagine not to find in the land of Tinsop.

The musical artists used to play all types of instruments. The violinists and pianists together organised many concerts of soft music, pop music and countryside music. They used to gather almost more than half of the town population as their spectators.

The dancers were a group of masters of all dance forms like contemporary, ballet, latin, tango, jazz, salsa, pole, irish, cuban, etc.

  • The protein content is less and no fat is present in bananas

  • The soluble fibres and the resistant starch in green/unripe bananas help moderate the body’s sugar levels.

  • These are weight loss friendly foods and once eaten makes you satisfied for long times, hence you eat less subsequently.

  • Being rich in potassium, they lower the blood pressure and are cardio friendly too!

Little things are not really Little, when looked back again, they seem Big things, so enjoy and pay value to them!

  • Slowly and tastily sip the morning tea or coffee, the first sip is the best thing of the day- enjoy it

  • As you walk around the garden, pay heed to new sprouting flowers and buds and leaves, they are simply perfect to remind of new beginnings!

  • Don’t ignore the comments (positive and critical) by your mom when you dress up for office in the morning, they are simply the best advice pieces for you!

  • Do not ignore the Good morning and greetings in the morning by your friends and colleagues, they are meant to be responded with the early morning zest and purity

  • Do not ignore the knowledge of anyone’s birthday when person is in reach- and make an effort to wish. You may be the first or only one to wish them Happy Birthday!

  • Money is not important, it is the inner peace which actually ranks higher than achievement- just try sacrificing something worthwhile for inner peace- its worth it and stay HAPPY!

  • We all are striving hard and making efforts: to be Happy! Healthy! and Peaceful! Nothing is more desirable o this planet- AM I RIGHT?

Fine, IT’S A WRAP O’CLOCK

I look forward to see and talk to you all again but at a month's span.

Till then,

the clock gonna tick,

don’t you miss

let every act, every thought,

rejuvenate and kindle the extent of bliss

Cos' the next time we sit

and while the tea we sip,

in your talks I wish,

we rejoice and celebrate your wins!
